Happy return from a long holiday weekend. Hopefully you got some good R&R, BBQ, and maybe you even took in a Dodger game (like me and Jason did on Friday, go BLUE!).
It's back to work, but fear not my pretty, I gotchu. You know I love some jazz. And the more experimental the better. We've checked out The Sorceres from Leeds, the Canadian duo Angine de Poitrine...now it's time to check out KNATS. They're a UK-based, five-piece jazz-fusion band from Newcastle, celebrated for their signature "Geordie Jazz" sound. Blending classic jazz and fusion with club beats and punk intensity.
Although it's a band I sort of stumbled upon, the quintet has taken the modern UK jazz scene by storm. So join me each weekday this week, just after 12-Noon, for our ALBUM DIVE into Knats record "A Great Day In Newcastle."

Until then, my pretties...
